Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Office:
    • Acts as receptionist for our main office lobby – greeting and directing incoming visitors.
    • Maintains office mail and deliveries.
    • Answers main phone line and directs calls accordingly.
    • Manages office inventory and supplies.
  • Customer Service:
    • Order Entry Specialist – responsible for managing and entering incoming customer purchase orders.
    • Customer Support – answers general questions related to orders over both the phone and email as needed.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Supports Human Resources and Accounting as needed.
    • Performs various other clerical tasks, including faxing, transcribing and filing.
    • Assist with office event planning/decorating for holidays and events.

Skills Required:

  • 5+ year’s experience as a receptionist, customer service, or equivalent area.
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PPT
  • Multitasker, detail oriented, good time management.
  • Microsoft Outlook (Email)
  • High level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly personable with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) – desired but not required.
