Inside Sales Representative Level I (Quotations)

Pay range: $45,000-$60,000 annually (hourly position).

Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday; onsite in Denver, CO.

About the Job

The Level I Inside Sales Representative is the first step in our Inside Sales career path. This role supports customers by answering phone calls, preparing quotations, entering orders, managing projects, and providing day-to-day customer support. You'll gain hands-on experience with architectural lighting products, manufacturing processes, and commercial construction projects while developing the skills needed to advance farther into Inside Sales or Outside Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations for new opportunities.
• Respond to customer emails and provide general support.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Enter and manage customer orders in our ERP system.
• Track and communicate order status throughout production.
• Learn to read architectural plans and perform product takeoffs.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and shipping teams.
• Develop a strong understanding of Nulite products and manufacturing processes.
• Build positive relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams.

• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required; High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3–5 years of customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience.
• Experience in retail environments, sales, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
• No previous lighting or construction industry experience required—we provide training.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in customer service, inside sales, or the commercial construction industry.
