As Nulite continues to grow and expand its product portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team.
Job Description
The Marketing Manager will manage and coordinate marketing programs across social media, email, product launches, digital content, trade shows, customer events, and industry outreach.
This individual will work closely with the Director of Product Management, who will provide strategic direction and oversight. The role will also coordinate regularly with Nulite's outside design firm and other external partners.
The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who is comfortable taking a project from concept through execution while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Nulite's social media presence, including content planning, coordination, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Develop and execute email campaigns supporting products, events, agents, and other target audiences.
- Coordinate marketing activities for new product launches, including brochures, videos, website content, presentations, email, social media, and other supporting materials.
- Work with Product and other internal teams to translate technical product information into clear, compelling marketing content.
- Coordinate projects with Nulite's outside design firm, including creative briefs, schedules, feedback, and deliverables.
- Support marketing efforts aimed at increasing Nulite's visibility among architects, lighting designers, electrical engineers, interior designers, and other specification professionals.
- Identify and coordinate industry award submissions, trade publication opportunities, product recognition programs, and other third-party exposure opportunities.
- Support SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) initiatives to improve Nulite's digital visibility.
- Coordinate trade shows from planning through execution, including booth graphics, product, marketing materials, signage, logistics, and event promotion.
- Coordinate company-sponsored events including customer visits, entertainment events, and other hosted programs.
- Develop pre-event and post-event marketing communications to support attendance and engagement.
- Assist with website content updates and ongoing digital marketing activities.
- Track basic marketing performance metrics and provide recommendations for improving future campaigns.
- Maintain marketing calendars, project schedules, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in lighting, architecture, design, or construction is highly valued.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working independently.
- Strong writing, editing, communication, organizational, and project-management skills.
- Experience working with outside creative agencies, designers, freelancers, or vendors.
- Working knowledge of SEO, digital analytics, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems.
- Familiarity with AEO, AI-enabled marketing tools, or emerging digital marketing practices is valued.
- Ability to travel periodically for trade shows, customer events, and other industry activities.

Compensation Range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year
